For over a decade, I’ve walked a path of healing, growth, and deep inner transformation. That journey has taken me across the world — adventuring, learning, connecting with beautiful souls, and collecting tools and wisdom from many holistic traditions.

At the heart of everything I do is a deep commitment to living intuitively, following the quiet whispers of the heart, and honoring the full human experience — light and shadow, joy and sorrow.

Nature is my medicine. You’ll often find me walking along the beach, dipping in the ocean, or simply soaking in the stillness of the natural world. I believe healing happens not only through powerful tools and practices — but also in the simple, soul-nourishing moments: a morning coffee,
dancing in the kitchen, or singing with wild abandon in the shower.

Over the years, I’ve explored and trained in a variety of modalities that have helped me move through divorce, grief, anxiety, emotional wounds, and periods of disconnection. From yoga and breathwork to somatic practices and intuitive coaching — I now weave these tools into the way I
support others.

I don’t believe in “fixing” people. I believe in holding space — deeply and compassionately — so that you can come home to yourself in your own time, in your own way. When we feel truly seen, heard, and safe, transformation begins to take root.

My journey so far…..

Becky Miller – Holistic coach · Yoga & embodiment guide · Dance facilitator

I first discovered yoga in 2003 at age 21 while recovering from a snowboarding injury. What began as a physical practice quickly unfolded into something much deeper — a profound tool for navigating life’s challenges, reconnecting with myself, and finding inner peace.

In 2009, I completed my first teacher training at the Byron Yoga Centre in Australia and began sharing yoga while continuing to travel the world. These years were full of growth, study, and exploration — learning from inspiring teachers and immersing myself in diverse cultures and healing traditions.

From alignment to embodiment

With over 1,000 hours of teacher training in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, and kids yoga, my teaching style has naturally evolved. I now guide embodied yoga practices that move
away from strict alignment and instead invite freedom, intuition, and deep listening to the body.

My intention is always to create a space where students can soften, reconnect, and nourish their
physical, emotional, and energetic bodies — on their own terms.

The Shift into Holistic coaching

After years of offering yoga and movement-based practices, I felt a deeper call — to support people
beyond the mat, through life’s more emotional and spiritual terrain. That’s what led me to holistic
coaching.

My coaching work now weaves together the many tools that have transformed my own life: yoga, somatic awareness, breathwork, meditation, nervous system regulation, and intuitive guidance. Whether in a session or a workshop, my aim is to hold space for deep inner shifts — with
compassion, slowness, and realness.

I work with individuals who are ready to explore themselves more fully — to move through stress,
disconnection, emotional heaviness, or transition, and come back into alignment with who they
truly are.

Healing isn’t about fixing. It’s about remembering. And it happens when we feel safe, seen, and
supported.

Embodied dance & creative expression

In recent years, dance has become one of my most joyful and powerful healing tools. After attending many embodiment workshops, I found a natural connection between dance, emotional release, and presence. In 2023, I completed my Brahmani Embodied Dance facilitator training and now offer embodied dance classes and workshops in the UK and online.

Dance allows us to process emotions, express what words cannot, and return to our bodies with joy and freedom. It’s a core part of my own growth and one I love sharing with others.

My ongoing journey

I’ve spent the last few years living, studying, and teaching in South Goa, India, immersing myself in local culture and alternative healing spaces — from sound healing to community dance, meditation, and yogic philosophy. All of it continues to shape the way I live, teach, and hold space.

I believe that growth is lifelong. I continue to walk this path with curiosity, humility, and the deep desire to grow — not just for myself, but so I can better serve others on their journey.
